Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in project management within an AEC or professional services environment.
- PMP certification is required.
- Experience managing client-facing implementation projects with cross-functional coordination requirements.
- Strong command of contract terms, scope control, and Professional Services Agreement (PSA) documentation.
- Ability to read design documentation and coordinate construction and implementation dependencies.
- Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in implementation coordination across multi-disciplinary project environments.
- Proven success delivering projects with strong scope control, schedule adherence, and financial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Lead project implementation across telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and networks.
- Manage client relationships at the project level and serve as the primary point of contact for coordination.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, fee alignment, staffing, and contract clarity.
- Mentor junior project managers to improve forecasting, scope control, and documentation discipline.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and scope shifts proactively.
- Coordinate multi-system integration activities and support commissioning readiness.
- Contribute to process improvements, workflows, and PMO discipline.
