Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Expert-level experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, APIs, and enterprise application development.
- Experience with AI technologies, automation, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Strong knowledge of databases, system integrations, and software architecture.
- Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and second monitor.
- Stable internet connection with a backup connection.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Python and modern development frameworks.
- Build AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, workflow automation, and integrations with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and executive reporting.
- Design and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Develop automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, and cloud technologies.
- Manage SQL databases, ETL processes, and data architecture.
- Deploy and support applications in Azure and/or AWS environments.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
- Mentor developers and contribute to software architecture and technology strategy.
