Job Details

Senior full-stack software engineering background.
Strong relational database design and data modelling experience (complex entity relationships, referential integrity, indexing, query performance).
Understanding of CRM-style data models (accounts, leads, opportunities, custom objects).
Ability to design metadata-driven data structures for customer configuration.
Understanding of tenant-scoped data access and multi-tenant SaaS security risks.
Understanding of AI and LLM application architecture.
Knowledge of agentic workflows, tool calling, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.
Ability to design AI features that reason over CRM records and business workflows.
Ability to design human-in-the-loop controls, audit logs, and permission checks.
Technical experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and advanced database performance tuning.
Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

Understand and contribute to the Ellavait CRM and BI product architecture.
Work with leadership to shape the technical roadmap.
Translate product requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Replit to accelerate delivery.
Personally contribute to development, especially in the early stages.
Review AI-generated code critically before it reaches production.
Protect the integrity of multi-tenant architecture including tenant isolation, RBAC, and data security.
Define coding standards, architecture decision records, and AI development workflows.
Support sprint planning by breaking initiatives into technical work packages.
Interview and assess future developers and QA resources.
