Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS technology, healthcare technology, implementation, onboarding, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise implementations from planning through successful deployment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical aptitude with experience using SQL, data analysis techniques, and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, collaborate with engineering teams, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, with potential travel requirements up to 50%.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant technical, healthcare, or business field (preferred).
  • Experience with healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and EHR systems like Epic (preferred).
  • Ability to use low-code platforms like Retool or write basic JavaScript (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end activation projects for strategic enterprise clients, from kickoff through go-live and steady-state operations.
  • Develop, standardize, and improve implementation methodologies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
  • Create comprehensive implementation plans aligned with customer objectives, timelines, workflows, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, operations, and administrative stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Configure and customize solutions to meet specific customer requirements and healthcare workflows.
  • Build operational tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions using platforms such as Retool.
  • Develop data pipelines, analytics workflows, SQL queries, and reporting processes to monitor adoption and progress.
  • Design and deliver training programs for providers, administrators, and operational teams.
  • Maintain implementation documentation, playbooks, and process improvements to increase scalability and efficiency.
