Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in natural gas program management or gas utility design, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in natural gas program management or gas utility design.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
Strong understanding of utility operations, natural gas engineering programs, and contract management.
Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
Analytical capabilities with experience in financial reporting and program auditing.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to successfully complete post-offer drug and alcohol testing.

Lead and oversee national teams supporting natural gas engineering, operations, and utility programs.
Assume ownership of departmental safety performance, operational efficiency, and financial results.
Develop and implement annual operating plans and strategic growth initiatives.
Expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Design and execute national sales and business development strategies.
Manage contracts, operational compliance, and financial reporting processes.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to leadership teams across nationwide programs.
Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and senior leadership.
