Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in natural gas program management or gas utility design.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, natural gas engineering programs, and contract management.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Analytical capabilities with experience in financial reporting and program auditing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to successfully complete post-offer drug and alcohol testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee national teams supporting natural gas engineering, operations, and utility programs.
- Assume ownership of departmental safety performance, operational efficiency, and financial results.
- Develop and implement annual operating plans and strategic growth initiatives.
- Expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Design and execute national sales and business development strategies.
- Manage contracts, operational compliance, and financial reporting processes.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to leadership teams across nationwide programs.
- Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and senior leadership.
