Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years leading product areas or teams at a senior level.
- Ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution (narrative and spec writing).
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered products, or demonstrated ability to build fluency quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with data: defining metrics, interpreting experiments, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Experience managing or mentoring product managers is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English (submission requirement).
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a major product area within the Persado platform.
- Translate market, customer, and competitive insight into a clear product vision and a prioritized, executable roadmap.
- Lead discovery and delivery end-to-end: define requirements, make scope trade-offs, and ship high-quality product on predictable timelines.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science leadership to align capacity, architecture, and sequencing against product goals.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand user workflows, validate concepts, and measure adoption and impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, launches, enablement, and feedback loops.
- Define and track success metrics; use data to inform decisions and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop product managers; help raise the bar on product craft across the organization.
