Requirements
- 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with VMware and/or OpenShift Virtualization.
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, high availability, disaster recovery, and backup.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Proficiency in configuration management solutions like Ansible.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or vROps.
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation concepts.
- Knowledge of security principles including access management and secrets handling.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable, highly available infrastructure environments.
- Manage and optimize platforms using tools like vROps, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
- Integrate AI-driven automation into operational workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Manage incidents and ensure SLA/SLO compliance.
- Implement security best practices including access control and secrets management.
- Participate in operational activities including on-call support.
