Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience building AI-augmented operational workflows and agentic tooling.
- Strong expertise in Linux systems administration (systemd, networking, kernel upgrades, bare-metal).
- Proficiency in shell scripting and programming languages such as Python or Go.
- Proven experience managing hybrid environments (bare-metal and cloud) at scale.
- Experience using Ansible for provisioning and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
- Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms, specifically Datadog and PagerDuty.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Ability to collaborate in a globally distributed team environment.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain blockchain validator nodes and associated infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform to automate protocol operations.
- Build and extend agentic AI workflows to automate operational patterns and improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Onboard new protocols and staking infrastructure for institutional customers.
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability across hybrid infrastructure.
- Partner with the security team to deploy secure CI/CD builds and improve release pipelines.
- Contribute to incident resolution and participate in on-call rotations for staking infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and external blockchain foundations.
