Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise B2B software solution sales with a proven track record of acquiring new business.
  • Fluent German with excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to negotiate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of the manufacturing, industrial operations, or field service sectors gained through sales, consulting, or industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and high-value opportunities.
  • Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe for customer meetings and industry events (up to 40%).

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop an enterprise sales territory, building a strong pipeline of manufacturing prospects across Europe from prospecting through contract close.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, engaging multiple stakeholders and C-level executives with a consultative, value-based sales approach.
  • Identify customer challenges and align tailored technology solutions that demonstrate clear business impact and return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and maximize long-term value.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, executive briefings, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using Salesforce while contributing insights that support strategic growth.
  • Continuously improve sales processes by introducing innovative approaches to prospecting, customer engagement, and opportunity development.
