Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling a product or service.
- Experience working with a technical and/or SaaS product.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other similar CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information to various stakeholders including developers and CTOs.
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work with incomplete information.
- Independent thinker with a focus on process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell Codacy and strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
- Develop and foster relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Perform outbound prospecting to generate pipeline and support monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for new customer acquisition.
- Research and understand target markets, industry trends, and the company's overall market opportunity.
- Track prospect interactions and goal attainment in CRM systems.
