Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling a product or service.
  • Experience working with a technical and/or SaaS product.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other similar CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical information to various stakeholders including developers and CTOs.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work with incomplete information.
  • Independent thinker with a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell Codacy and strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Develop and foster relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Perform outbound prospecting to generate pipeline and support monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Research and understand target markets, industry trends, and the company's overall market opportunity.
  • Track prospect interactions and goal attainment in CRM systems.
