Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft (personal, university, or freelance).
- Proficiency in Figma for design and layout work.
- Hands-on experience with motion tools such as Rive, Lottie, Principle, or After Effects.
- Experience using Midjourney or comparable AI image generation tools.
- An interest in 3D design using Blender, Spline, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across different teams.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Dedicated workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Alignment with Xapo values and leadership principles.
- 0–1 year of professional experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) is a plus.
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing and brand assets including social media content, campaign visuals, ads, and promotional materials.
- Create motion graphics and animations for digital channels.
- Produce visuals to support campaigns and content needs using image libraries.
- Collaborate with marketing and design stakeholders to understand and deliver on briefs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all outputs while helping evolve the visual identity.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback to balance quality and speed.
- Work with world-class designers to evolve the brand visual language.
