Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in frontline sales management directly managing individual sellers.
  • Proven success coaching multi-threaded health system deals with high ACVs and long cycles.
  • Expertise in navigating stakeholders across clinical, IT, finance, and procurement departments.
  • Experience building and scaling sales operating cadences, onboarding programs, and pipeline generation functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or build an ADR (Account Development Representative) team.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare AI landscape and specific buying processes in large health systems.
  • Ability to drive pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and deal progression without micromanaging.
  • Proven track record as a high-bar hiring manager and talent developer.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a structured weekly operating cadence that produces reliable pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Coach enterprise sellers on complex, multi-threaded healthcare AI deals across clinical, IT, and financial stakeholders.
  • Own performance management for sellers, identifying underperformers and exceptional performers with clear frameworks.
  • Grow the enterprise seller team from 5 to 10+ reps, defining seller profiles and leading interview panels.
  • Manage the ADR team directly, establishing activity standards and developing account-based outbound strategies.
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner to Enablement, Product Marketing, and RevOps to improve GTM predictability.
