Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, operational strategy, or project/business systems consulting.
- Deep expertise translating ambiguity into structured requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency with workflow and documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
- Strong experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional project teams.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- High attention to detail, systems thinking, and a strong ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives through interviews, workshops, and process walk-throughs.
- Own end-to-end translation of business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive scope definition, dependency mapping, and success metric development.
- Own end-to-end workflow documentation and lead future-state workflow design.
- Lead cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and working groups as primary liaison.
- Own UAT strategy, planning, test scripting, and defect tracking.
- Develop implementation documentation, including SOP updates and user impact summaries.
- Mentor BA I and BA II colleagues in requirements best practices.
