Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics.
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, or Kantata.
- Understanding of systems connectivity, including integrations, automations, permissions, and data management.
- Experience leveraging AI in daily workflows.
- Exposure to tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with reporting and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool tech stack.
- Maintain a consistent business rhythm for end users, including provisioning, user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
- Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors for revenue technology tools, including procurement and renewals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support tool implementation, adoption, and reporting definitions.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools to improve efficiency.
- Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance to enable self-service.
- Leverage internal AI solutions to automate and streamline GTM workflows.
