Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development team.
  • Proven track record of integrating AI workflows into daily operations.
  • Proven experience with a larger rebuild, replatforming, or migration project.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Emarsys.
  • Knowledge of transactional messaging architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to make informed decisions.
  • Fluent English (B2 level).
  • Awareness of GDPR and consent management in marketing communication.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Customer Retention team, spanning customer communication and incentives.
  • Shape the tier-based loyalty program from discovery through migration off the current setup.
  • Own the newsletter automation platform and its continued development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and work with developers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on data and user feedback.
  • Manage cross-team touchpoints and collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and product management.
  • Monitor market, competitor, and industry trends in CRM, retention, and loyalty.
