Requirements
- College degree and/or Deal Desk experience required.
- 1+ years of experience preferred.
- Proficiency in managing quoting processes within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience with contract workflows in Ironclad.
- Ability to work from a distraction-free home office environment.
- Must be physically located in Poland or the UK (excluding London).
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end quoting process in Salesforce (SFDC), reviewing for accuracy in products, metrics, and pricing.
- Generate Service Orders and sales documents using Ironclad and CPQ tools.
- Review signed opportunities for accuracy and finalize closures for booking.
- Facilitate forums for Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success to resolve complex deal escalations.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Accounting departments to uphold pricing and financial policies.
- Provide training and guidance on SFDC/CPQ processes and quoting best practices.
