Requirements
- 4+ years in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing role.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Availability from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring an outstanding experience from onboarding to campaign execution.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand objectives and deliver value.
- Proactively address client concerns, solve challenges, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, and Paid Media Specialists.
- Guide brands in developing ad creative concepts and provide actionable feedback on briefs.
- Work with creators to ensure content quality and coordinate post-production with motion designers.
