Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing role.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Availability from 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring an outstanding experience from onboarding to campaign execution.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand objectives and deliver value.
  • Proactively address client concerns, solve challenges, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, and Paid Media Specialists.
  • Guide brands in developing ad creative concepts and provide actionable feedback on briefs.
  • Work with creators to ensure content quality and coordinate post-production with motion designers.
