Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, technology degree, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong experience in complex and consultative B2B technology sales, preferably within cybersecurity, IT consulting, or technology integration environments.
  • Solid practical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including governance, SOC, cyber resilience, compliance, LGPD, and cloud security environments such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience as a technology-focused sales professional capable of engaging in strategic discussions with security leaders and infrastructure teams.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and leading long-term consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business impacts and strategic opportunities.
  • Experience developing account plans, managing key accounts, and driving customer expansion initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer risks, anticipate needs, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and LGPD.
  • Experience with integrated projects involving cybersecurity, data governance, and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand an active customer portfolio through strategic account management, focusing on retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities involving cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, and technology solutions.
  • Conduct consultative business reviews and security assessments to uncover customer challenges, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and security leaders.
  • Lead complex cybersecurity sales cycles by connecting technical requirements with customer business objectives and financial priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams, solution architects, and specialists to design customized security strategies and proposals.
  • Manage commercial indicators, including pipeline development, forecasts, renewals, account growth, and average contract value.
  • Represent the organization in strategic customer meetings, security committees, and market events as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.
