Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and key influencers across assigned customer accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients within a defined geographic region or market segment.
- Identify, develop, and lead business opportunities, supporting new sales generation and account expansion.
- Drive demand generation for products and services by increasing visibility and engagement with strategic stakeholders.
- Achieve revenue targets by expanding customer investments and increasing the value delivered through managed accounts.
- Conduct strategic alignment meetings with customer leadership to understand business priorities and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Translate customer needs into relevant solutions and business strategies.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and partnership quality through proactive account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate commercial initiatives and deliver value-driven solutions.
