Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, implementation experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 Administration.
- Experience deploying agents and browser extensions.
- Experience with MDM systems (Intune, JAMF, Google Admin MDM, etc.).
- Experience onboarding new customers.
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage implementations focused on Web Filter and Safety Management deployments.
- Perform technical setups for Chrome/Edge/Safari browser extensions, Microsoft Agent, and OS Agent.
- Manage concurrent implementation projects including project tracking, onboarding calls, and user training.
- Coordinate project milestones and deliverables with internal and external school district teams.
- Ensure implementation projects are completed within 60 days of purchase.
- Monitor school districts for 30 days after services are enabled to ensure successful setup.
- Provide technical account setup support to Customer Success Managers for large school districts.
