Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, implementation experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 Administration.
  • Experience deploying agents and browser extensions.
  • Experience with MDM systems (Intune, JAMF, Google Admin MDM, etc.).
  • Experience onboarding new customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage implementations focused on Web Filter and Safety Management deployments.
  • Perform technical setups for Chrome/Edge/Safari browser extensions, Microsoft Agent, and OS Agent.
  • Manage concurrent implementation projects including project tracking, onboarding calls, and user training.
  • Coordinate project milestones and deliverables with internal and external school district teams.
  • Ensure implementation projects are completed within 60 days of purchase.
  • Monitor school districts for 30 days after services are enabled to ensure successful setup.
  • Provide technical account setup support to Customer Success Managers for large school districts.
