- Facilitate Business Development and Membership Consultant new hire onboarding cohorts in a virtual environment.
- Facilitate Admissions onboarding programs.
- Support instructional design by creating learning objectives, assessments, and curriculum enhancements.
- Support certification and competency assessment of new hires.
- Support the reinforcement and field coaching framework alongside Regional Sales Managers.
- Lead microlearning and video content creation.
- Contribute to content governance, sales collateral, and training measurement.
- Train Business Development representatives and Executive Directors on Salesforce usage.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data for referral accounts, outreach activities, and events.
