Program Manager, State & Enterprise Programs

Own the delivery plan for each engagement across all workstreams, tracking milestones, UAT cycles, and acceptance against each contracted statement of work.
Run the client cadence on every project, including weekly status, steering meetings, escalations, and working sessions with agency program staff, legal, and state IT.
Keep dependency registers current, holding both the company and clients to scheduled deliverables like integration specs, test environments, and data feeds.
Manage project scope, including capability traceability, acceptance criteria negotiation, change requests, and intake of new work.
Produce deliverables for client review and provide Wonderschool leadership with proactive risk updates across the project portfolio.
Collaborate with engineering leads on integration timelines for state systems such as ERP platforms, data hubs, and SSO.
Build a repeatable program playbook for scaling state and enterprise engagements.
