- Experience as a trainer or facilitator.
- Confidence leading virtual classrooms using interactive tools like breakout sessions, polls, and roleplay.
- Sales or sales enablement background with knowledge of the full sales cycle.
- Instructional design fundamentals, including learning objectives and assessment building.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for field teams, events, and logistics.
- Proficiency with sales systems and CRM data management.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Healthcare or multi-site services experience preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed to support field teams and events.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Business Development and Membership Consultant new hire onboarding cohorts in a virtual environment.
- Facilitate Admissions onboarding programs.
- Support instructional design by creating learning objectives, assessments, and curriculum enhancements.
- Support certification and competency assessment of new hires.
- Support the reinforcement and field coaching framework alongside Regional Sales Managers.
- Lead microlearning and video content creation.
- Contribute to content governance, sales collateral, and training measurement.
- Train Business Development representatives and Executive Directors on Salesforce usage.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data for referral accounts, outreach activities, and events.
- Coordinate onboarding by facilitating system access and distributing materials.
