Requirements

  • Experience as a trainer or facilitator.
  • Confidence leading virtual classrooms using interactive tools like breakout sessions, polls, and roleplay.
  • Sales or sales enablement background with knowledge of the full sales cycle.
  • Instructional design fundamentals, including learning objectives and assessment building.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for field teams, events, and logistics.
  • Proficiency with sales systems and CRM data management.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Healthcare or multi-site services experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support field teams and events.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Business Development and Membership Consultant new hire onboarding cohorts in a virtual environment.
  • Facilitate Admissions onboarding programs.
  • Support instructional design by creating learning objectives, assessments, and curriculum enhancements.
  • Support certification and competency assessment of new hires.
  • Support the reinforcement and field coaching framework alongside Regional Sales Managers.
  • Lead microlearning and video content creation.
  • Contribute to content governance, sales collateral, and training measurement.
  • Train Business Development representatives and Executive Directors on Salesforce usage.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data for referral accounts, outreach activities, and events.
  • Coordinate onboarding by facilitating system access and distributing materials.
