Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, business analysis, systems integration, or solution delivery.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases (preferred).
- Knowledge of North American ISO/RTO markets (preferred).
- Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices (preferred).
- Understanding of wholesale electricity markets, energy trading, or utility software (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support customer implementations from discovery through go-live.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and solution designs.
- Configure customer environments and perform data validation.
- Execute testing plans and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Deliver customer training and support user adoption.
- Analyze customer data and validate calculations and implementation results.
- Write and execute SQL queries to support implementations and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
