Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis techniques.
- Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities to identify patterns, variances, and root causes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across various levels and departments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
- Familiarity with financial systems and retail inventory tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Accounts Payable processes, policies, chargebacks, and vendor account activity.
- Monitor AP inquiries and respond promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Investigate booking discrepancies for direct-to-store (DTS) activity and purchase orders.
- Partner with merchants, stores, and cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Provide guidance to vendors on system functionality and dispute management procedures.
- Analyze vendor account data to identify root causes of payment variances and financial risks.
