Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience developing relationships to drive business growth.
- Experience in data center development.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role.
- Existing relationships with hyperscalers, colocation companies, and/or developers.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and lead by influence.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement actionable strategies for profitable, organic account growth aligned with global data center objectives.
- Establish presence as a visible global leader, providing value and outcomes aligned with client business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to global multi-disciplinary teams across AECOM’s service lines.
- Influence internal leadership to ensure alignment with client priorities.
- Develop and maintain senior and executive-level client relationships.
- Collaborate with regional teams to anticipate issues and ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Serve as a connector across AECOM’s global footprint to deliver unique solutions for complex challenges.
- Raise AECOM’s brand profile through thought leadership and conference speaking engagements.
- Support the recruitment and retention of account management talent through mentorship.
