Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with senior-level scope.
- Proven experience designing for fintech, payments, or financial services products.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from problem framing to shipped outcomes.
- Ability to drive projects independently in ambiguous environments.
- Working fluency with AI tools for exploration, prototyping, research, or documentation.
- Experience working within and improving design systems at scale.
- Hands-on research experience including participant recruitment and analysis.
- Track record of close collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design across the full Jeeves platform, from mobile to desktop, focusing on core card, payments, and spend management flows.
- Own projects end-to-end: framing the problem, exploring solutions, shipping with engineering, and measuring outcomes.
- Elevate the craft and consistency of the product experience by identifying and addressing UX debt.
- Use AI tools throughout the workflow for generative exploration, prototyping, and research synthesis.
- Apply fintech domain expertise to design for complex financial flows and AI-powered product experiences.
- Extend the existing design system and establish patterns for AI-driven features.
- Plan and conduct user research, including participant recruiting and synthesis.
- Partner daily with product managers, engineers, and researchers to influence product vision.
