Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through in a remote environment.
- Experience coordinating in-person events such as dinners, trade shows, and webinars.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% for field marketing support.
- AI fluency with experience using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools preferred.
- B2B marketing or SaaS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute account-based marketing campaigns, executive dinners, webinars, roundtables, and trade shows.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue booking, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate lead and contact data in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Support sales outreach by preparing target account lists and coordinating post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain project timelines and task trackers using Asana.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to draft communications and summarize research.
- Track budgets, purchase orders, and invoices for marketing campaigns.
