Requirements

  • Experience coordinating in-person events such as dinners, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% for field marketing support.
  • AI fluency with experience using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools preferred.
  • B2B marketing or SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute account-based marketing campaigns, executive dinners, webinars, roundtables, and trade shows.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue booking, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate lead and contact data in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Support sales outreach by preparing target account lists and coordinating post-event follow-up.
  • Build and maintain project timelines and task trackers using Asana.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to draft communications and summarize research.
  • Track budgets, purchase orders, and invoices for marketing campaigns.
