- Build, test, and deploy a high volume of email campaigns including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails.
- Manage the email marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timing across teams.
- Apply audience segmentation and list logic to ensure targeted communications.
- Execute and maintain email campaigns and nurture workflows within HubSpot.
- Pull and maintain email performance reports regarding open rates, click rates, and list health.
- Monitor campaign performance and A/B test results to inform ongoing optimization.
- Edit email copy while maintaining brand voice standards across all communications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders as the primary email point of contact.
