Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience in senior or staff-level roles.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping complex software solutions in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments, preferably with AWS.
- Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems such as Kafka or SQS, and distributed databases including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact technical initiatives from strategy through successful delivery.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles and multi-tenant platform design.
- Experience using AI tools as part of daily engineering workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with modern technologies such as React, Tailwind, Apollo, Redis, Kubernetes, Lambda, and Temporal.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale technical projects from initial concept through production, ensuring alignment between architecture decisions, business objectives, and customer impact.
- Design and deliver AI-native product experiences leveraging large language models, agent frameworks, and real-time data capabilities.
- Own the architecture of critical platform capabilities, including AI-powered workflows, scalable infrastructure, and multi-tenant systems.
- Establish engineering patterns, development practices, and technical standards that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Help evolve AI-enabled development workflows by integrating modern tools and approaches into the engineering lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and help raise engineering excellence across the organization.
