Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Substantial professional experience in software development with a record of designing and evolving complex systems.
- Expertise in building large React applications with TypeScript.
- Expertise in one or more backend languages (Java, Kotlin, or Python).
- Experience building and deploying generative AI infrastructure or applications.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve complex software systems end-to-end.
- Develop full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and backend languages like Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Build and deploy generative AI infrastructure and applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead development efforts within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and pair-programming to accelerate team productivity.
- Advocate for unit testing, continuous integration, and clean code practices.
