Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Substantial professional experience as a Senior software development engineer with a solid record of designing and building complex systems.
- Expertise in building large-scale React applications with TypeScript.
- Expertise in one or more backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI infrastructure or applications.
- Experience working with databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve complex software systems using modern design principles and patterns.
- Work effectively across full-stack codebases to own features from development to deployment.
- Develop large-scale React applications with TypeScript.
- Build and maintain backend functionality using Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Develop and deploy generative AI infrastructure and applications.
- Manage and interact with databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers to scale team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through pair-programming and code reviews.
