Requirements
- Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
- Possession of a hard-wired Ethernet connection (satellite and hotspots are not supported).
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and applications including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or working with minimal peer interaction.
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods and perform manual computer tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts for their full duration.
- Must attend and complete a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care, quality-of-life, and behavioral challenges.
- Provide positive customer service interactions to pet families.
- Answer high-volume customer service calls in a remote environment.
- Adhere to strict work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Gather and accurately document pet medical information.
- Schedule appointments effectively while meeting productivity and quality standards.
