Requirements

  • Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
  • Possession of a hard-wired Ethernet connection (satellite and hotspots are not supported).
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and applications including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
  • Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or working with minimal peer interaction.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods and perform manual computer tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts for their full duration.
  • Must attend and complete a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care, quality-of-life, and behavioral challenges.
  • Provide positive customer service interactions to pet families.
  • Answer high-volume customer service calls in a remote environment.
  • Adhere to strict work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Gather and accurately document pet medical information.
  • Schedule appointments effectively while meeting productivity and quality standards.
