Requirements
- Strong, experienced trainer capable of designing and delivering engaging workshops.
- Hands-on experience in change management and driving technology or process adoption.
- Practical AI fluency, including confidence with Claude, ChatGPT, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to decompose expert workflows and rebuild them as AI-assisted processes.
- Skilled in facilitation and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders from senior leadership to creative teams.
- Strategic thinker capable of designing long-term engagement programs.
- High energy and ability to maintain dedicated focus on a single client account.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong plus: Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency.
- Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, game development, enablement businesses, or a consulting background.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured assessments to map workflows, skills, and current AI usage across business teams.
- Prioritize team pain points and develop concrete enablement plans, AI skill sets, or tool recommendations.
- Design and deliver end-to-end workshops, including pre-assessment, content creation, session facilitation, and follow-up support.
- Activate internal champions and design interventions to overcome adoption blockers like fear or skill gaps.
- Track adoption KPIs, report progress to client leadership, and manage the transition of teams to self-sufficiency.
- Facilitate sessions delivered by external trainers and brief them to maintain high quality standards.
