Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, payer services, or related industries.
- Deep understanding of health plan markets including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic account growth, and complex consultative sales.
- Experience leading large, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits and closing high-value opportunities.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management and healthcare analytics.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior healthcare executives.
- Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to convert market trends into business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for the health plan market.
- Build and expand relationships with senior decision-makers across health plans.
- Identify, qualify, and close complex business opportunities in consulting, analytics, and advisory services.
- Lead the full business development lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract execution.
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell of tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and leadership to create differentiated client solutions.
- Lead annual and multi-year sales planning, including pipeline and revenue forecasting.
