Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or payer-related services.
- Strong understanding of the Health Plan market landscape and challenges.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic account growth, and consultative solution selling.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex sales pursuits, shaping deals, and closing multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior client executives.
- Strong commercial judgment and executive presence.
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and growth execution.
- Capacity to translate complex market needs into differentiated commercial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a focused growth strategy for the Health Plan market including account prioritization and pipeline development.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers across pharmacy, medical management, finance, and operations.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for complex, multi-solution advisory and execution services.
- Lead the full sales process from opportunity framing and deal shaping to proposal direction and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and operations partners to develop differentiated commercial solutions.
- Monitor sales performance through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and regular reporting against annual targets.
