Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT services, software outsourcing, nearshore, consulting, or technology industries.
  • Proven experience closing deals with US clients involving software development services, dedicated teams, staff augmentation, or technology consulting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the US market, B2B sales processes, and business culture.
  • Existing network, portfolio, or demonstrated history of successful commercial relationships with US-based organizations.
  • Experience selling software engineering services, custom development solutions, nearshore teams, or digital transformation services.
  • Ability to independently source and qualify leads using outbound prospecting methods, B2B databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sales tools.
  • Experience managing the entire business development lifecycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and technology delivery models.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Native-level or fully bilingual English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle for US-based accounts, including prospecting, lead generation, discovery calls, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and contract closing.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound strategies, networking, sales intelligence platforms, and targeted prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, understanding their technology needs and positioning relevant software engineering solutions.
  • Manage strategic conversations with technical and executive stakeholders, including CTOs, engineering leaders, product teams, and procurement contacts.
  • Develop customized proposals and collaborate with technical teams to create solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Expand market presence by building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within the US technology sector.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve prospect research, sales processes, and business development efficiency.
  • Track sales performance metrics, maintain accurate pipeline management, and consistently work toward revenue goals.
