- Proven track record of building programs that educate, excite, and convert prospects into customers.
- Ability to take high ownership, work with minimal oversight, and move quickly in an action-oriented manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uncover insights to drive measurable impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building in evolving environments.
- Willingness to travel throughout EMEA for events and partner management.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a revenue-generating marketing plan across EMEA markets.
- Oversee localized campaigns, major events, conferences, ABM, partner marketing, and customer marketing.
- Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue and pipeline growth goals.
- Manage a sizable marketing budget, allocating funds to maximize ARR.
- Identify new strategies to scale B2B marketing efforts and drive ROI.
- Track performance against key metrics, analyze results, and iterate on strategies.
