Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business, scientific or a technical discipline (psychology, nursing, biology, sociology, computer science or engineering).
- 4+ years Project Management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO environment.
- Previous CRO experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Proven ability to successfully manage a full workload across multiple projects with limited supervisory support.
- Ability to review Work Orders and determine deliverables and timelines.
- Strong grasp of study deliverables and timelines with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Aptitude and interest in technical and scientific information.
Responsibilities
- Lead Global clinical trials across all phases.
- Manage project to target gross profit consistently.
- Perform accurate and timely financial forecasting and invoicing.
- Assess need for change in scope and lead Change Order Process.
- Maintain project narrative for external and internal stakeholders.
- Lead internal project team utilizing available tools and Agile methodologies.
- Proactively manage risks and guide team members through challenges.
