Requirements

- Experience writing clear, visual creative briefs for motion designers and video editors.
- Active use of AI tools for research, copy generation, and ideation workflows.
- Experience within B2B SaaS, tech, or the fitness ecosystem is preferred.
- Familiarity with creative intelligence platforms like Motion App or Foreplay is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative roadmap for paid social across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, formats, and ad platform updates to inform creative direction.
- Write ad copy, video scripts, and text overlays based on customer psychology.
- Translate platform metrics such as hook rates, CTR, and CPA into actionable briefs for the design team.
- Source, brief, and manage native content creators to produce platform-first assets.
- Execute weekly creative testing sprints to validate hypotheses.
