Requirements

  • Experience within B2B SaaS, tech, or the fitness ecosystem is preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative intelligence platforms like Motion App or Foreplay is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative roadmap for paid social across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends, formats, and ad platform updates to inform creative direction.
  • Write ad copy, video scripts, and text overlays based on customer psychology.
  • Translate platform metrics such as hook rates, CTR, and CPA into actionable briefs for the design team.
  • Source, brief, and manage native content creators to produce platform-first assets.
  • Execute weekly creative testing sprints to validate hypotheses.
