Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or bioscience sales
- Proven track record of quantifiable sales performance (brag book)
- Knowledge of hospital RFP process and Value Analysis Committee (VAC) pricing
- Experience in the operating room (OR) and relevant product training
- Previous experience with CRM programs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurance
- Ability to travel up to 70% within territory
- Clinical background or experience is highly preferred
- Medical or hospital credentialing experience is preferred
- Specialization in spine or biologics is preferred
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas independently and through distribution channels
- Create and execute plans to drive surgeon and distributor adoption of bone graft solutions
- Develop and maintain long-lasting professional relationships with surgeons and distributors
- Identify and engage Value Analysis/Purchasing Committees to participate in hospital RFP processes
- Recruit, train, and manage a network of independent distributors
- Support current business through attendance at surgical procedures to advise on correct product usage
- Develop a sustainable sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide progress reports and market feedback to internal stakeholders
