Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in airline, luxury travel, or hospitality sales.
- Proven track record in indirect distribution.
- Established relationships with major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), luxury travel agencies, and consortia organizations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BermudAir's OTA strategy to ensure strong performance and visibility.
- Deliver indirect revenue targets through sales analysis and internal collaboration.
- Build and strengthen relationships with luxury consortia, host agencies, and retail travel advisors.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage luxury wholesale partnerships for air-inclusive travel solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic commercial initiatives.
