  • Minimum 8 years of experience in airline, luxury travel, or hospitality sales.
  • Proven track record in indirect distribution.
  • Established relationships with major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), luxury travel agencies, and consortia organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute BermudAir's OTA strategy to ensure strong performance and visibility.
  • Deliver indirect revenue targets through sales analysis and internal collaboration.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with luxury consortia, host agencies, and retail travel advisors.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage luxury wholesale partnerships for air-inclusive travel solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic commercial initiatives.
