Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development within eCommerce, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • Experience in Amazon or marketplace ecosystems is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships, manage key accounts, and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Excel, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies that expand market reach and generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue strategic partnerships across eCommerce, retail media, and marketplace ecosystems.
  • Partner with sales and client service teams to improve processes, optimize performance, and support sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create lead generation initiatives, thought leadership opportunities, and brand visibility programs.
  • Manage and optimize CRM processes to improve pipeline tracking, reporting accuracy, and conversion performance.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, podcasts, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
  • Lead contract strategy, service positioning, and negotiations in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Identify new growth channels and contribute insights to improve go-to-market strategies and client engagement.
