Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales.
- Minimum 3 years in a regional or territory management role covering LATAM.
- Proven experience selling IoT, telematics, SaaS, or fleet management solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the Latin American market.
- Experience building and managing channel or reseller partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Deep knowledge of the LATAM business environment, procurement, and competitive landscape.
- Strong consultative selling and contract negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel 40–50% across the LATAM region.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Xirgo's go-to-market strategy across Latin America.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline using CRM tools.
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and deal close.
- Establish and grow a partner and reseller network to extend commercial reach.
- Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships across customer organizations.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to shape solution offerings.
