Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales.
  • Minimum 3 years in a regional or territory management role covering LATAM.
  • Proven experience selling IoT, telematics, SaaS, or fleet management solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the Latin American market.
  • Experience building and managing channel or reseller partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of the LATAM business environment, procurement, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong consultative selling and contract negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to travel 40–50% across the LATAM region.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Xirgo's go-to-market strategy across Latin America.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and deal close.
  • Establish and grow a partner and reseller network to extend commercial reach.
  • Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships across customer organizations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to shape solution offerings.
