- Engage employer clients in Spanish-speaking markets through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage discovery calls through to full-cycle follow-up.
- Create and maintain sales materials and training resources in Spanish and English.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Track all prospect interactions and pipeline data within CRM systems.
- Adapt sales approaches to account for country-specific healthcare and regulatory requirements.
