Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Psychologist qualification.
- Current active license/registration in good standing in country of practice.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or related specialty) in India.
- Fluency in Hindi at a professional level.
- Experience with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement.
- Strong knowledge of women's health across the lifespan.
- Ability to explain complex medical concepts in plain language.
- Commitment to cultural humility and health equity.
- Proficiency with digital health platforms and video conferencing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual clinical education-only calls on topics like fertility, hormonal health, and menopause.
- Lead group webinars and workshops based on area of expertise.
- Respond to general health questions via asynchronous messaging.
- Provide evidence-based health information and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with Care Advocates to facilitate appropriate referrals.
- Create and review educational content including articles, care plans, and videos.
- Ensure educational materials are culturally sensitive and meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement and protocol development.
