Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written skills in both languages.
- Understanding of employer benefits, group insurance, and healthcare systems in Spanish-speaking markets.
- Highly organized and data-driven approach to sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking metrics and pipeline.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management capabilities.
- Comfortable conducting cold calls and outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Identify co-selling opportunities and support reseller employer-facing teams across Latin America and the Americas.
- Engage employer clients in Spanish-speaking markets through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage discovery calls through to full-cycle follow-up.
- Create and maintain sales materials and training resources in Spanish and English.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Track all prospect interactions and pipeline data within CRM systems.
- Adapt sales approaches to account for country-specific healthcare and regulatory requirements.
