Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of outbound sales experience specifically selling to U.S. SaaS companies.
- Native or near-native English proficiency for frequent cold calls with U.S. executives.
- Strong track record of hitting quotas and producing qualified meetings.
- Comfortable communicating with technical buyers such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and founders.
- Proficiency in modern sales stacks, specifically Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically GoHighLevel.
- Demonstrated ability to independently source leads, build sequences, and tune tactics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance and iterate on strategies.
- Capacity to adapt and participate in a daily 15-minute alignment cadence.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone with a 5-touch minimum.
- Perform prospect research and list building using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
- Develop, test, and iterate on cold call scripts and messaging tactics.
- Refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) filters based on real-time results and feedback.
- Conduct short qualification calls to verify role, need, and timing.
- Provide structured handoff briefs to the CEO for all booked meetings.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel by logging prospects, stages, and next actions.
- Track and report on weekly performance scorecards including outreach volume, reply rates, and pipeline generation.
