Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales closing, inside sales, or high-volume outbound sales.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing.
- Experience working for a small business or startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1 Level required).
- Neutral or minimal English accent.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to small business owners.
- Introduce prospects to the company's free website demo offer.
- Generate interest and qualify potential customers.
- Conduct virtual closing calls with prospects after demo websites have been created.
- Walk clients through their personalized website demos.
- Address questions and objections professionally.
- Close sales and secure new website service agreements.
- Manage assigned leads throughout the sales process and maintain accurate records.
- Follow provided sales scripts and processes while adapting naturally to conversations.
- Meet or exceed sales activity and conversion goals.
