Requirements
- Strong experience specifically focused on closing sales, not full-cycle ownership.
- Proven background in B2B sales with experience closing SMB, mid-market, or enterprise deals.
- Demonstrated success handling enterprise or large corporate accounts.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying role such as Sales Closer, Account Executive, or Senior BDR.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and closing targets.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Primary internet connection (min 15 Mbps) and backup internet connection (min 10 Mbps).
- Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), i3 (10th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, with min 8GB RAM.
- Functional backup device, webcam, and noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space and smartphone.
Responsibilities
- Lead closing conversations with qualified prospects, confidently presenting solutions and driving decisions toward a successful close.
- Handle objections effectively by addressing concerns, reinforcing value propositions, and guiding prospects toward commitment.
- Conduct persuasive sales calls and demos focused on outcomes, ROI, and business impact.
- Navigate enterprise and corporate decision-making structures, including budget discussions and approval processes.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes while meeting revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate deal status and activity tracking in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure aligned closing strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.
